We offer a 14 day refund or reprint policy. Because our items are made to order, we only accept returns and grant a refund when: 

-The item arrives damaged or broken

-You receive the wrong product (not what you ordered)

-Print is blurry and very poor (illegible) quality 

Damaged Products: Please contact us within 14 days with clear photos and your order number. We will start a reprint order or refund as per your preference. 

Non-Damaged Products: May not be returned or refunded for due to custom printing. Please review your order carefully before purchase as we cannot accept a return if you ordered the wrong size or change your mind.

How to request a refund or replacement:

Email: Funnymedicalgifts@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product.
 (If clicking the email causes an "Open app" prompt, you can copy the address above.)

Resolution: If approved, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost. We will take care of your issue "STAT".

What to expect after returning or reprint? 

Refunds are issued using the original payment method and may take a few days to reflect in your account. If we reprinted your items please allow up to 7 days for shipping. We will email you and keep you updated. We want you know exactly what to expect every step of the way.
